The service was good. I loved my mocha over there.
I was helped by Jenny. I ordered wrong. When she helped me figure out what I really wanted, my drink was remade with no extra cost to me. She was so benevolent to my bumble and I appreciate the kind assistance!!
I ordered a drink and a snack through the drive-thru on Oct 8 at 6:23 PM. The barista, Lauren, was very pushy and sarcastic, and kept interrupting me before I could even finish placing my order. When I reached the window, she handed me my drink without making eye contact, smiling, or even saying thank you. I even said thank you to her, but she did not acknowledge me or respond.
