This place is a hit or miss. I normally order a Matcha latte and add my extra stuff in it and I notice every time I order through DoorDash my order comes back wrong. I went in person to complain about my order being wrong every time it’s ordered through DoorDash and an employee stated they literally look past DoorDash orders, since they tend to be more busy in store.. The drive through person on Sunday was extremely nice. We ordered a tall Flat White. Nothing special about it. We received, though, a latte. We went inside and asked for a remake. When the cashier told the girl at the bar that we wanted a remake, she scoffed and said,”but ok.” I let her know that it was made incorrectly and not the same thing.
