The drive through lady was very rude, had no manners or professionalism. The coffee i ordered had no caramel drizzle and tasted disgusting. Only reason I gave 2 stars is because my matcha was good.
I visit this Starbucks store often. All the personnel are super helpful and super friendly. I especially want to commend managers Ander and Jaime, and baristas Cameron, Jenny, Cloe, Alina, CJ, Ryn, and Emmy, for the great job they do. (And all the others too, whose names I don't know [yet]. They too are all equally praiseworthy. :-)
Had to jump in here to say that Benny is an absolute star! His good nature, great customer service and smile brightened our day.
