I have always felt valued by ALL their employees. I lost my card more than once. They honored my intent and gave me a break! No fast food does that!!!
actually got mad at us for complaining about having to wait 30 MINUTES for our drinks. either retrain your staff and prioritize better or just be a drive thru only service ♀️
