This mornings drive thru crew was beyond horrible. Or should I say what drive thru crew? We ordered and pulled up to the window while our drinks and food waited at the drive through for 7 minutes while the young girl decided to wave to us and helped the one person inside. There were only 1 customer inside and 3 baristas working. I have been here several times and never experienced the lack of time Management that I saw today. I love this Starbucks! Everyone is very friendly, food is good, and drinks always hit the spot!
I am allergic to cinnamon and my cold foam tasted like cinnamon and I order a tango tea with cold foam. I'm disappointed because I spend so much money at Starbucks that I just wanted the drink to make me happy. I should have gone to DUNKIN instead they always make my drinks right.
