Excellent, friendly staff. The orders are completed in a reasonable time even when they’re busy. This Starbucks has an industrial feel. Mostly bright and distant rather than cozy. High tables and stools in the center area. Some soft furniture around the outside walls, but I’m missing the “inviting vibe” of friendly nooks where small groups gather for coffee. 50% of the time that I go there my drink is wrong. I'm done with this place. $9.35 for a medium vanilla frappe is ridiculous. The cup was only 3/4 of the way full.
