No seating place inside fake picture
We got to the window and we tried to use my wife’s partner discount and they charged us full price. When we asked she said we didn’t give the information although we did. Took a shift supervisor to come over and say that isn’t how the discount works. She typed the numbers in wrong so she proceeded to scan the app (like we said multiple times to do but they insisted wouldn’t work) and finally applied the discount. Just ordered caramel protein latte. It is the one of the worst protein latte i ever had. It just small amount of milk and water nothing more.
I usually go to Starbucks around DFW today. I went to this one and I asked for a coffee refill. He gave me the runaround about how the refill work all I need a coffee in my cup to drink it how simple is that so he asked me to pay for $4.50 for a coffee refill which I refuse, this guy with an Indian accent is not Professional.
