I was addicted to Horchata so I like stopping by here every single day but lately you all been making it wrong most of the time so I have to write it today 😭. My iced brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso doesn’t hit right. Good thing is I can slow down on coffee now lol. I have been here since past 3,4 months every day.
No outlets were working, half of my order was forgotten. Its a smaller location but thought I could work but it was too loud, people not using headsets (which I know isn't the store's fault) but I won't be back.
Every time I buy in person, they add a good amount of product. This time, I ordered a drink that barely had any caramel and crunch topping. It’s disappointing because delivery orders through Uber shouldn’t be made differently or with less care. I expect my drink to be prepared correctly and with the same quality regardless of whether it’s delivery or in-store.
The young lady with braces running the window this morning (6/22 @ 930am) was amazing she was very upbeat, friendly, and helped when I didn't know what to order. She gave me a recommendation and made me feel like my day was going to be great! As a corporate executive, her attitude and smile are exactly what customer service is about. I hope you treat her well!
