I used to come to this Starbucks a few times a week as it is on my route to work in the mornings. 2 times last week I placed a mobile order as I usually do, I walked in thinking my order would be ready because I typically place my order about 10-15 minutes before arriving. My order wasn’t ready and both times there was a young girl making the drinks and she was just messing around with another coworker until realizing I was standing there and then rushed to make my order. The staff here is great. The lady who is usually working Drive-Thru is always so sweet & remembers that my mom likes a straw with her Iced Chai. They care about the quality of their drinks & have remade drinks for me without my request before if they make it wrong or whatever the case may be — vs. other stores who will just give you the messed up drink. Good spot for meeting a friend near Rio Rancho. Easy to get to from Taylor if you want a change of pace place. Not many outlets, if you're looking to use your computer. But, it is not busy inside after 11am most days. Cool architecture on the outside of the building. Outside seating is plentiful when the weather permits. There's enough parking. The plaza surrounding it has a lot of stuff, so this is a convenient location, as well
