Today I felt a bit overlooked. I was right by the pastries, and even though I was waiting, another customer arrived, and they were helped right away. No one asked me what I needed, and I just felt kind of forgotten, especially since it was such a rough day for me.
Today I went to buy a pink drink because i was craving it and it was 6:43pm my son he put a chair down and the coworker he got mad he said tell him to dont do that so my husband put the chair back, the coworker name is Caleb and he also told me he cant make me a pink drink because hes gonna closed in 15min im pregnant and he said if you want ill make you an espresso. I been in another starbucks and they never refuse the service like that.
Was there today around 12:45 pm , tall girl black messy hair,,,,RUDE!!!! Doesn’t know the words’thank you’, just puts my coffee down , turns around fast and walked away,,,,, no one else in line ,,, probably pissed off with my PROUD AMERICAN hat I was proudly wearing!!! I’ll never go there again!!! By the way I’m a really big tipper even if it was only a cup of coffee
