Worst iced caramel macchiato ever.
I wish I can give this place 0 stars customer service is the worst, they need to rehire new people I won't go back to this place, they mess up your drinks and then they want to charge you again to remake it total BS walked out of there with no drink and scammed
Nancy the barista was very rude asked for a pup cup and she told the other barista to charge me for it when he rang it up it said 0.00 and she told him to go in and change it to 2.50 . when I asked why did they charge me if i made a purchase she said that was their new policy . I would have paid but being she was so rude about the situation I just walked away .
I love a good coffee. I work in the mall so I'm going to get my coffee. It's just the staff honey. And I give ppl a chance but the staff is awkward. I get my nice coffee with an awkward staff. But hey tomato tomato
