I placed my order and the person at the window that was serving me was completely rude and disgusting behavior. Their name was Jake will never go to the Starbucks ever again. Every time I go Jake attends me and he’s disrespectful.

My drink is always missing an ingredient and made wrong the food has a freezer burnt taste especially the egg whites my matcha is supposed to be soy milk but they give me cows milk which causes me to have health issues and get sick my tango teas says extra peach juice but taste like just tango tea maybe its new employees smh I always have to go in and ask them to remake it or add missing items I try to avoid this Starbucks all the time and go to market street they always follow through other than that great atmosphere wish t... read more
