I was dressed business casual and had a client meeting there and got there early. I left my bag at the table and went to the counter and asked for a bathroom code. She rudely told me I have to by something first before I can use the bathroom. I said that I have a client coming in and I’ll buy the coffee then for both of us. She said no you have to buy it now before you use the bathroom. I WISH I COULD GIVE A 0 INSTEAD. My wife asked me to get a venti latte with almond milk. By the time i got home, wife took a sip and within minutes found her throat swelling up. (Unfortunately for her she is allergic to milk) we called to tell them that the drink had milk, and the people on the phone were very rude and unapologetic.
