Perhaps our service was poor because of the time of day and the crew at the time. One employee was hanging from the doorway between the counter and the back room while others were ambivalent to my daughter and me waiting for service at the counter. Mind you we were the only customers at the counter. With the exception of one employee doing most of the work, the 3-4 other staff appeared to be talking and ambling about. We opted to leave and visit the Starbucks location at Wyoming and Academy which was a great rear experience.
Got a pink drink from the location down the street and it was awful! Went to this location and asked to buy some more of the strawberry juice and they made my pink drink to perfect and were super kind! Didn’t catch the baddies name but he was amazing and I left super happy and my day was made!
The staff are amazing! They are always kind, welcoming, and make every visit a great experience. I genuinely appreciate their warmth and friendly service every single time✨
