Handed me my coffee over full and spilled it all over my clothes and in my vehicle..I had to return to my hotel to change my clothes and spent 30 minutes cleaning up my car.. the person who spilled it never said sorry or returned.. sent someone else after 10 minutes to hand me my second coffee.. what a loser location.. save your clothes and car and go somewhere else.. Seven Brothers would have at least apologized..
Called to ask about a specific release of cups and the first lady I spoke too couldn’t understand anything I was saying and kept bringing up a total different set of cups that I wasn’t asking about and kept speaking over me…asked to speak to someone else and when I asked the next person she came off extremely rude and had an attitude when I asked if they had the specific cup I wanted that had STRAW TOPPERS and she proceeded to say “there’s no such thing as a cup with those toppers starbucks doesn’t make those” and I told her... read more
Tayla, an employee I’ve yet to meet at this Starbucks so far, was extremely rude this morning. Very inconvenienced to be serving/speaking/working? Everyone else I’ve ordered with here has been lovely. I’m a newer customer to the area. I left feeling a burden.
