I always have a great experience at Starbucks thanks to Kylee. She is extremely friendly and always makes sure my drink is just how I like it. Kylee's great efforts keeps me coming back!
My grandson and I had a craving for Starbucks. So we drove there and went inside to get what we wanted. Jared got a Frappe and I got Mocha Latte and a pup cup for our girl. Everything was great as always.
Had 4 employees stare at me waiting to order .. Kylee who was at the register this was the rudest encounter I’ve ever had at Starbucks. She just stood there staring at me until I literally had to ask if they were taking orders. She said not one word to me just handed my drink and snubbed away. Definitely won’t be back.
Usually great drinks and friendly service. One worker Kylie however always seems to dread taking an order and after about the 50th time I’m finally complaining. She’s never made a satisfactory drink, when everyone else there exceeds expectations. I’ve just stopped going when I see her there when I do my shopping.
there are not many employees here and it’s usually busy but they still get the drinks out as efficiently as possible and they always taste great!
