Came here after a long day of errands and wasn’t expecting much, but the atmosphere immediately felt calming. Ordered a cappuccino and chicken sandwich around 6 pm. Coffee had a rich smell without tasting burnt, and the sandwich bread felt fresh. Staff moved quickly even though almost every table was occupied during my visit.
Katie and Addi always have my orders ready and PERFECT ! I know its going to be a good day if I see one of those 2 behind the counter
The service here is terrible, the people who work here told me. Since 7 pm they've been saying they don't have service, making up an excuse that the machine is broken. It's the same old story. I also work in customer service, and this is absolutely not the kind of treatment they should be giving. They refused to make my caramel frappuccino, saying the machine was broken, so I ordered a pink drink. And while they were making my drink, they sold a frappuccino to the person behind me. Disgusting service!
