Deja was the cashier and did not greet me. She was just looking at me and I wasn’t sure if she was ready. I placed my order. She prepared it while I looked at the cups on display. A gentleman walked in and she perked up and greeted him in a cheery voice. She handed me my caramel macchiato. It was basically water with foam. I have a picture, but Google doesn’t give that option to post.
I always have a great experience at Starbucks thanks to Kylee. She is extremely friendly and always makes sure my drink is just how I like it. Kylee's great efforts keeps me coming back!
My grandson and I had a craving for Starbucks. So we drove there and went inside to get what we wanted. Jared got a Frappe and I got Mocha Latte and a pup cup for our girl. Everything was great as always.
Had 4 employees stare at me waiting to order .. Kylee who was at the register this was the rudest encounter I’ve ever had at Starbucks. She just stood there staring at me until I literally had to ask if they were taking orders. She said not one word to me just handed my drink and snubbed away. Definitely won’t be back.
