Went in on sunday and got my usual, the atmosphere was great up until I heard a nasty comment made by someone who seemed like a higher up. Two baristas seemed to be having conversation in spanish and she screamed out “English!” I was completely taken aback by this comment, seemed very inappropriate, what if spanish is these baristas first language? This higher up seemed to just be all over the place too screaming at everyone. Very inappropriate behavior. Won’t be coming back.
Heaven and crew makes every visit feels like a little bright spot in my day; thanks to this amazing crew. The baristas are always welcoming, patient, and genuinely kind—and they somehow manage to keep great vibes even during the busiest rushes. The staff at this Starbucks are phenomenal. Everyone is incredibly kind and welcoming. Every morning my 2 year old daughter asks me to take her to Starbucks so she can see her “friends” (not because of the cake pop). Really great people and service here. I’m a regular.
Staff is very courteous and place is spotless
Girl had a terrible attitude and didn’t know how to make the banana foam protein matcha. But she got upset with me.. cause she couldn’t make it.
