My order is never correct.
As someone who never writes reviews bad or good. I had to review this store. I run a business and I always stress customer service to my team. This is my 3rd or 4th time here. Everytime I enter they greet you with a big smile and warm welcome. There is such positive energy in this place. The workers interact very well and clearly love their jobs. Excellent service and this is a clean location. Very spacious.
The most horrible service I’ve ever gotten here. The girl at the window her name was Chelsea too was about to give me an iced caramel latte, I told her I got a caramel latte, a hot one? She was nice enough to just say okay we’ll remake it. I said okay thanks and I waited. I’m thinking I’m just going to get my drink it’s okay I’ll wait. I waited 19 minutes for a small caramel Frappuccino being the only one inside there and only two people at the drive-through???? WOW
