Excellent service and this is a clean location. Very spacious.
The most horrible service I’ve ever gotten here. The girl at the window her name was Chelsea too was about to give me an iced caramel latte, I told her I got a caramel latte, a hot one? I waited 19 minutes for a small caramel Frappuccino being the only one inside there and only two people at the drive-through???? WOW
I paid more than $9 for a Caramel Frappuccino that I ordered thru the starbucks app. I had to wait in the store for more than 15 mins after my estimated pickup time, and after all that waiting they even made the drink completely wrong. They did not even put any coffee in the Frappuccino or Caramel drizzle on top. You would think for the price and the wait that they would be focused on the quality of the drinks you are paying for...
