Every single time I come to this location I regret my decision almost instantaneously. I have encountered rude employees, unacceptable wait times and cold food items. Earlier this week I placed a mobile order 20 minutes prior, there was an 15 car back-up and it wasn’t ready when I walked inside so I had to leave without receiving it. Cookie are so good and they so soft
I come to this Starbucks a lot usually early in the morning on my way to work. This location was recently renovated and the seating area inside is a lot larger than before. Ton of space to sit and have a cup of coffee.
The level of customer service here does not represent your typical Starbucks. The drive through line was so long and SLOW. I ordered my drinks and pulling up to the window the workers seemed so unorganized. Actually, one girl was helping me and another came over mid convo because her shift was ending, so they swapped? Myra completely cut me off when I was trying to explain an issue to her.
