Every time I visit this store my order is wrong and something is left out. Several times hot coffee lid not put on secure, spilling all over me and my car. Super frustrating, think it's time to find another coffee spot.

I wasn't going to post but can't shake it off my mind. I have bought Starbucks coffee probably more them your average person, I love Starbucks BUT I went to counter to order a hot coffee my regular Carmel Maciato Hot. It was 4:17 she came to counter to take my order, I told her I want the Carmel mochioto hot with whip. She said no I can't I've already cleaned the machines.
