Poorest designed parking lot ... nothing but an obstacle course with hardly any space to move between cars and people prevents me from going here
They wouldn’t prepare a Cortado in a tall cup for me today even though I get it from them every day, and other SB’s make it for me. Pretty sad customer service.
I go here every once in a while maybe 2 times a month and it seems like no matter what the coffee is awful I felt like today the lady wasn’t very nice and kinda shoved my drinks into my hand I am overall after the few dozen times I’ve been here it seems like even cold brew coffee they manage to mess up along with never figuring out how to not have a burnt shot like every coffee I do not recommend wasting your money here it doesn’t matter how busy
I feel like this is a waste of money sadly I can’t post a picture. But this is a way a false advertisement, I asked for like ice and they gave me less of everything
