They can never get the order right. I ordered thru mobile app and they gave us the wrong drink and its kinda hard to prove coz they also didn't give us the sticker label on the cups.There should be another way of compensating customers with messed up drinks instead of having to come back and prove to them that they have to remake your drink.
I worked at Starbucks as a shift supervisor for years and I have never experienced this poor service as a long time customer of Starbucks. It’s my first visit here, I ordered 2 drip coffees, the store wasn’t busy at all. It took over 20 minutes for me to get my drinks and I had to ask numerous times. When I did get my drinks, they were cold. When I brought the wait times up to the attention of staff, I was told that they had to make a pour over so that’s why it took over 20 minutes, But there was over four staff in the store... read more
