Have waited 15 minutes for an iced espresso and still waiting. Ridiculous. It seems the drive thru is more important. I also ordered a banana bread not heated...they heated it up. That is a stupid complaint but the whole purpose to waling in was to get in and out. Just went and asked about my drink. 30 mins later wrong drink. Mind you 7 people working behing the counter. Organization and time management people!
I don't drink Starbucks coffee.
