I’m writing to share a disappointing experience I had at one of your stores on Red Cup Day. I ordered a White Chocolate Mocha which was clearly listed as one of the qualifying holiday beverages on the Starbucks app. When I arrived at the drive through window, two employees refused to give me the reusable cup, saying it wasn’t listed on their end and must have been an error.
