I ordered online and the baristas not only got my orders wrong but they brought them out 27 min late. And they didn't bring out my food. The baristas are more interested in talking to each other then making my food
The girl that took my order kept paying attention to other things. Repeatedly made mistakes and had to ask multiple times about my order. It wasn't a difficult order. Toast a bagel. Make a frap. I waited as they made multiple drinks for the drive thru and a person inside that ordered after me. I stood at the counter without so much as eye contact for about 5 minutes. OMG!!! It took 20 minutes to get a regular drip coffee while there was no line. And there was No heads up, No apologies, instead of mad on customer for mentioning the order, this is such unreal customer service.
