The young employee with mustache and black hair wouldn't let me use the bathroom today at 9:01 pm. He was extremely rude and should be fired.
Really nice location in Albany with plenty of seating, indoors and outdoors, fast service and friendly baristas.
Great experience at Starbucks! The coffee was excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was clean and relaxing. I really enjoyed my time here. Highly recommended!
The employees at this location are nice, but dang, do they need to have a training day or something. They consistently do things that are just a waste of time for not only them, but also their customers. This happens so often, that I will be taking a break from this location and actually Starbucks as a whole because there isn't another location near me. Their prices have gotten out of control too, so maybe it's for the best.
