I couldn’t even purchase my normal triple shot with a splash of almond milk because KATE harasses me about the bathroom code. I asked for the code she said are you buying something? I said yes. She says because the restrooms are for customers only. Are you buying something? I said you know what never mind. Why would I buy something from someone harassing me and I already said yes. And I’m finally a complaint with corporate. This place is stupid. I would never patronize a place that harasses customer.
I asked for a hot chocolate with no caffeine in it and they gave me caffeine in it when asked the people working there were very rude and disrespectful
I have been coming here to work for a few months now and it's a pleasant place to be. The space is clean and the music being played is always great. The staff are nice and they all remember my name, which makes me feel special. Today one crew member actually bought my cafe latte to me at my table. Something I didn't expect to happen, but was pleasantly surprised! Thank you San Pablo and Monroe Starbucks crew for all you do! Keep up the good work and great Lattes!
