The baristas have always been great and the service couldn't be any better, my issue is just the decline in quality of the coffee (which is a Starbucks company issue). My fiencé couldn't bring himself to finish his Mocha cookie crumble frap on several occasions, my Chai has been sub par, the Matcha is even worse; the only thing we seem to like anymore are the refreshers. I placed an order for a drink at the Starbucks inside Fred Meyer in Lynnwood. I asked for no ice and paid an extra dollar for that, but they gave me the cup only half full.
Staff were very friendly and super speedy service!
I came in Saturday morning around 9:30 and the lady working the counter was rude and impatient. She didn’t listen to my order she had to remake my drink twice and the second time she still made it wrong and then will not listen to me when I was trying to express that it was not the correct drink this is not the first time that I’ve had this issue at the Starbucks I thought with it being inside the store and close to my home it was a nice easy I was wrong.
