I came in Saturday morning around 9:30 and the lady working the counter was rude and impatient. She didn’t listen to my order she had to remake my drink twice and the second time she still made it wrong and then will not listen to me when I was trying to express that it was not the correct drink this is not the first time that I’ve had this issue at the Starbucks I thought with it being inside the store and close to my home it was a nice easy I was wrong. Lo único que tomo en Starbucks es el honey citrus mint tea y la señora rubia de pelo corto me dió otro té que nada que ver y cuando vamos a decirle es porque no pedimos la "medicine ball" (cosa que jamás había escuchado) y después de alegar que ella tenía razón y que el honey citrus mint tea viene por defecto sin citrus y sin honey pésimo servicio.
I went in about 5 minutes ago ordered a ham and cheese croissant, and a pink drink.. I was basically sold a cup of ice with two sips of drink! NEVER AGAIN! 10/1/24 I went again and I was disappointed again! Ordered a pumpkin spice latte with foam I got something that resembles foam and honestly I just think the people who work there don’t know what they are doing or something 0-2 with me and drinks
