Incorrect Online Order. No coffee in cappuccino?! This is one of the reasons I stopped getting my coffee from Starbucks. Today my sister ordered a Cappuccino online and received a cup of hot milk with caramel instead. This is not what she paid for! Online ordering exists to save customers time, not to create additional inconvenience by having to return to fix mistakes. Please make sure orders are checked before being handed out!!! I expect this issue to be addressed.
