We were in Macy's yesterday and my husband, being a Veteran stopped in for his free coffee only to be told by the barista that she didn't know anything about it. And refused to even contact her supervisor. Stay away from this store. Very non American
They didn’t put a sleeve on my coffee! Burned my hand! This should be the most basic subject covered in training.
Workers were incredibly rude, and they made my drink completely wrong. They put whole milk in my drink when I’m lactose intolerant. When I realized I went up to them and told them but guess what, they put WHOLE MILK in my drink again. I cannot have cow milk and just wanted oat milk in my drink. So disgusting and rude. I hate this place and will not purchase ever again🤮
