I used to come to this location every day, but that changes now Today I came in andAvery had a horrible attitude was very condescending and rude. She completely ruined my experience at this location, I hope I have better luck at a different Starbucks
Terrible Service & Misleading Promotion I’m a daily Starbucks customer, and this was an awful experience. Starbucks advertised a deal: buy any hot or iced drink and get one free. At the drive-through, staff told me I could only take a free drink of their choice, which is NOT what the deal says. They also messed up my paid order — I ordered a regular Iced Matcha Latte and they made a Dubai Chocolate Matcha instead. i never an i mean never had an issue with this store. they ask for my name and i would appreciate if they spell it correctly i know it’s stupid reason to get upset but if they want to put my name in it please have them ask how to spell your name your paying good money for these drinks. it’s embarrassing when they can spell your own name right.
This is literally the most friendly Starbucks I've ever been to. So impressed that they remembered my name after a single visit!
This is my go to store but the last 3 times I've been there the drinks were not made well. I always order a quad shot iced espresso with a splash of cream. Seems like there is more than a splash of cream and i ordered extra whipped cream which I did not get and also espresso Shots with cream are not mixed.
