I receive a grande iced matcha instead of the venti iced matcha, but was charged for a venti. I don’t mean to be that person, but I’m disappointed that anytime I come to this location, they mess up my order.

I’ve honestly been trying to hold off on writing a review for a while now but I have an issue literally every single time I come here & I come here about 3x a week usually around 10am. I do my order through mobile order and MAKE SURE to have it set to IN STORE and NOT Drive thru. I get a tall latte and egg white bites. They make your coffee and put it at the in store pick up (like requested). But the food is NEVER there. And they always put it on some stack of assorted heated breakfasts by the drive thru window.
