This store consistently does not know how to make Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso’s. Avoid this Starbucks and go to any of the nearby ones. It’s convenient with the drive thru but an undrinkable drink is not worth the convenience. It is crazy a Starbucks doesn’t have basic QA/QC on a simple drink. Imagine other shortcuts they could be taking (such as hygiene).
Very disappointing experience at this Starbucks. I ordered through the drive-thru early in the morning before work and specifically asked for a Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso with light ice. When I got my drink, it was completely full of ice, even more than usual. I had already paid and tipped, and the barista handed me the drink quickly and walked away without checking if it was right.
