I don't think the service even deserves a 1-star review. I waited probably 15-20 minutes total for Candy to take my order and payment, this was after she took about 10 minutes with the customer ahead of me. Before my order was even completed, she started asking people behind me their orders, my drink wasn't even started yet. The old lady there is not nice, she tries to be but why give me watered down chai latte and a half warmed breakfast sandwich. The time before that she left a girl who was training alone who didn't know what to do. We had to wait 10 minutes before she finally came and they made my latte a cold one in the middle of winter. I rarely review but the fact I had to take my time to write this is concerning. We got places to be and the least that should be done is to provide the order

Ordered my favorite holiday drink the White peppermint mocha. They made the regular mocha. I actually really can not stand the regular mocha. I know, first world problems. 🤣🤷♀️ do better y'all
