Went in at 10:50 in the morning hoping there would be no line and quicker than the other drive thru location , there was no line but no one was ready to take orders which is a first for me
I'm always happy when I drive through this location in Rockwall. Tyler is the definition of Good Quality Service. The entire staff is Amazing!
I love visiting this Starbucks, Candy is amazing super friendly and sweet!! On my way to work I drive by 3 other Starbucks but this Starbucks at Kroger’s is just my favorite.
Ladonna was extremely rude. When me and my friends got there and she didn’t say hello. She gave the people before good service and even made them a free drink. When we got there I ordered a mango dragon fruit me she said “we’re out of that” in a annoyed tone. Then my other friend wanted to order a matcha with strawberry puree and she said “we don’t have strawberry” again in an annoyed tone. Then said “come here repeat your order” to my friend.
