The employee working there was not very understanding at all and treated me badly. Also had a bad additude and rude
We need to improve our customer service and make sure to welcome each customer when they enter. I had to wait for them to prepare three drinks, and one of them was made incorrectly. At no point did anyone say "welcome" to me, nor did they ask what I wanted, even though it was a pick-up order. The sense of urgency, along with the attentiveness to clients, was completely lacking.
I didn’t realize you needed to ask for light ice every time you order a drink just to get a reasonable amount. My grande drink was only a few gulps and 90% of it was ice. Disappointing especially for the price.
