The girl was so sweet! The best Starbucks I have ever eaten in and they were great.
The 1 star is for the company app, not the batistas. I am livid that the app to pay with money already spent can be down for hours and there is nothing that can be done for people now forced to pay more. I was given a card from work as a thank you. The 1st time I went to use it the load to my account didn't show so I had to pay, then today I went to try and use it again and the app is down and their site says it will be for hours and the store has no plan for this. I ORDER THE SAME THING EVERY DAY, AND I GET THE RIGHT ORDER MAYBE ONCE A WEEK if I'm lucky, AND IT'S NOTHING FANCY! HOW HARD IS IT TO ACTUALLY GET MY ORDER RIGHT AND STUPID ME TIPS BEFORE I get the wrong coffee? UGG I'M SWTCHING BACK TO 7-11 where I'll actually get what I pay for! You guys are horrible! It's not rocket science! I'm the fool for returning! HORRIBLE!
