This Starbucks is honestly so lame. The baristas don’t pay attention and they’re always messing up drinks. My order is wrong almost every time. The drinks are super inconsistent and it’s obvious they don’t really care. I once asked for a sugar free vanilla latte and they gave me 8 pumps of regular vanilla… like be serious. I’m over it.
Just got a cold brew that was literally half cream. Disgusting and expensive.
Venti w no ice 3/4 fill, refused to remake & instead they just want to top it off with milk.. tremendous efforts
It was one of my best Starbucks stops, but recently I don’t know if you guys hired more people or make switches but horrible customer service, raising her voice at me saying “WHAAAAT” instead of “sorry I couldn’t hear you” made me repeat my self 5 times and would cut me in the middle of my order. If I can put 0 stars I would definitely not going back
