Served Caramel Protein Latte with rotten whipped milk. Disgusting
We paid for add ons. Not only did we not get what we paid for but we were given wrong drinks. That happens but the problem was the attitude we got from the barista.

I rarely come to this location but I do agree with the other reviewers of inconsistency. I would also like to point out that there has been 2 instances where I order blonde espresso shots over ice and I hear the person taking my order let out a huge sigh with a tone of annoyance. Whoever you are, I hope your day and attitude gets better.
My wife and me went in as we always do. At least 4 time a week. Its always something but usually mess my order up. Always something small so I don't push the issue. Yesterday was different the young man curly black hair messed my order and then was rude about it from across the the room when I was talking to his lead. Almost walked out but the supervisor suppor nice came out and apologized for his lack of performance and horrible service.
