Service is hit or miss. Some emoloyees seem over-worked, some are really good. Perhaps some better training on how to show appreciation, acknowledgement and professional friendliness like saying, please, thank you or you're welcome. Give them a raise to the best and fire the rest. This probably can be said about mos Starbucks.
Shaken espresso is never shaken and the food wasn't warmed up all the way. The drinks are never made the same way. It always made differently and taste different. Went again and now they add more milk than anything. Guys train your people i got the toasted coconut and breakfast burrito(food still not heat and cold)
