When I asked why a coffe and bagel cost $7.95 I was told that everything was separately priced and what the prices were. I asked if the butter was real butter, so that I could save money on cream cheese. I was told in an aloof way., "Well no." So I paid $1.25 for a tablespoon of cream cheese, and the butter was REAL! I was not offered the butter croissant special or the breakfast sandwich special. Since they oversell, like the customer is an idiot, I won't return. That's really poor treatment.
