Completely empty drive through, completely empty lobby. Employees standing around on cell phones, chatting amongst themselves. All the while my order ticket is just sitting in the feeder for 10 minutes on a single drink order. I go up to ask status and the guy behind counter says “for what?” I told him I had an an order and he got more attitude with me so I raised my voice and sure he enough he walked over and pulled my ticket out of the printer.
