I went in this wonderful morning to just buy a cup of water and the associate said there’s no way to ring in a cup of water. I do deliveries for Starbucks and in the past enjoyed an ice cold water and understand that there is cost but I think Starbucks should look into at least selling a cup for water for those that don’t want coffee or other items. Thank you
From drive-thru to dining in, their employees are upbeat and pleasant. They don’t over talk but the hellos and welcomes are generally warm. And unlike other locations, the coffee doesn’t smell or taste “burnt” which tells me they’re thankfully cleaning their machines. Makes such a difference. Only complaint….and not their fault just a location thing, their tight drive-thru and turn is terribly difficult for all sizes vehicles. I see and hear people scrape and rub rims entering and leaving their window.
