had an exceptional customer service experience with Louis! He went above and beyond to show why this Starbucks is the friendliest! This location is always clean, has chill vibes to get work done at, and my order has never ever been wrong here! My favorite Starbucks location in Evansville!!
Won’t ever come back here again. Came in and ordered over $40 in drinks and food. Decided to take a look at the cup rack that they had out on the floor. Grabbed 2 cups worth over $60 from the rack and went up to the register. Immediately i got “those cups are promo only and we can’t sell them until tomorrow”….. THEN WHY ARE THEY OUT ON THR FLOOR???? A pretty average Starbucks, only downside was the lack of internet. This Starbucks is attached to a hotel but is in the heart of Evansville downtown. I go almost always when heading to work. They have seating and normally it's pretty calm and a good place to study. I'm a very autistic person who is sensitive to noise and I've only found issues with this location during busy morning rush. But as long as you have data and a hotspot for your computer your good
Today I ordered a pistachio iced latte and it was so good! The service was fast and friendly. Isaiah the barista was so friendly and Abby, the manager made my drink SO FAST she is a skilled barista! I love it here
