I will never be returning to this location. I was the only person standing in line, the girls working saw me waiting, and still did not take my order until minutes later. All the girls working, except Amy the cashier, were very rude and had horrible customer service skills. Once my drink was ready, they said nothing, didn’t look at me and couldn’t even say thank you. 11/14 @ 6:30.
***UPDATE*** Apparently the barista who always got my coffee right is no longer there and the people who are working there just don't listen. Evertime my husband comes home, I have to add extra syrup, creamer and sweetener. I'm spending over $10 on a cup of coffee it should be done correctly!!!!! I like my cold brew light sweet icey blended with cold foam... How hard is that????? I tell them the exact number of pumps and splashes of everything I need and still can't get it right??? Wow... Went in for a latte.... Ordered mine and 2 people came in behind me. The person after me got theirs before mine, and the person behind them got theirs directly after I had gotten mine..... I'll avoid this location
