Lauren has messed up my order two times now. Both times I have gone, I have waited over 10 minutes in line when nobody is in front of me while she made multiple mobile orders. Not only do I have to stand there a ridiculous amount of time, she has somehow managed to mess up my order twice. It is a simple order and she clearly struggles to listen. I should be getting exactly what I pay for, especially when waiting over 10 minutes for it.
Once again coffee was Warm not Hot
For whatever reason, they never fully make my drink the way I order or the way it's shown on the menu. So whether it's not adding extra drizzle, or espresso shot, or adding whipped cream in the bottom thats supposed to be there, whatever, it's never actually what I order. I've tried several times at this point and still have the same outcome.
