I always come to this location and never have any issues with customer service. But today as I approached to order i was already getting a bad vibe from the cashier she presented me with a slight smile and a look that demonstrated she didn't want to be there. I had ordered my drink and forgot to mention I wanted it iced, I said it right before the other person started making my order, she gave me a look and rolled her eyes and then proceeded to tell the other person that its supposed to be iced. Great service!!! Korryn is so sweet and greets with a smile! Drinks are made to perfection and fast! Always a treat while shopping.
Horrible service. The male barista that helped with my order didn’t seem like he wanted to be there. Doesn’t hurt to smile or show some kind of Enthusiasm. If you don’t like your job then get a new one. Ordered two drinks and BOTH were made wrong. I didn’t know you can mess up a sweet cream cold brew but maybe he was having a bad day. Never coming to this Starbucks again.
