This is my Starbucks that I frequently go to and I’ve always had such a great experience. The store manager is absolutely amazing but the staff he had today was just not the best very short and not friendly at all. And my coffee was made wrong and when I tried to tell her, she made it seem like I ordered it wrong, but I’ve been ordering the same thing every time I go. Ordered an online pickup at 10:15, when the app told me my order was ready, i went to pick it up. One drink was missing- no problem maybe they’re still working on it. Stood there for about 14 minutes, noticed they’re making other drinks for mobile pickup the time on their cup is 10:25. No one comes up to say anything, they’re probably busy … okay. Not my favortie drip coffee always taste burnt compared to D&D. However I do like the morning buns warmed up and black and white mocha hot
