One star NOT because of the staff. This location is amazing. The companies policy on Mobil app orders is DISGUSTING. what do you mean people who drive to the store, go inside to order does not take precedence over mobile orders? An entire lobby of people sitting and watching mobile orders melt while they wait WAY too long for their drinks?
The customer service was great, the young lady that took my order greeted me with a smile. My drink Frappuccino was delicious and my son said his drink was good too. Plus my name was on my drink.
WORST STARBUCKS EVER. Told myself I’d never go back, decided to give it a second chance. Unless you want the WORLDS SLOWEST SERVICE just run into the Kroger down the street. These baristas are a joke. Move like snails.
Employee with glasses and pagoda tattoo came out of employee door and stood right in front of us (already waiting in line) to order herself a drink… terrible customer service
