WORST STARBUCKS EVER. Told myself I’d never go back, decided to give it a second chance. Unless you want the WORLDS SLOWEST SERVICE just run into the Kroger down the street. These baristas are a joke. Move like snails.
Employee with glasses and pagoda tattoo came out of employee door and stood right in front of us (already waiting in line) to order herself a drink… terrible customer service
These people that work the drive through have been trained extremely well. Or they are just people oriented personnel who love their job. It shows. My favorites are the brown sugar oatmilk espresso shaken, the coffee Frappuccino blended, pumpkin bread, falafel pocket, ham and Swiss baguette, the impossible breakfast sandwich and the cheddar potato bites.
I absolutely love this location. Great customer service. My food and drinks are always really good and today I had a really great encounter with Matthew. He was super sweet and helpful and I just wanna say thank you so much.
