Employee named Paula is extremely rood to customers. My experience was awful. I go for coffee 1st thing out of bed. She was terrible every time!
The service was awful and the staff was rude. I was yelled at by one of the workers and she would just throw the receipt on the counter, didn’t even ask our name for the order. They didn’t even let us know our order was ready, we had to go up and ask for it.
This is what I got when ordered a 9$ drink. Not even full cup and the barista was angry because she couldn’t make the drink correct on first time.
I ordered the new jalapeño chicken pocket and a large ice caramel macchiato. The pocket/wrap was hard and rubbery, with only a teaspoon of the chicken filling. It would've been good had it been made fresh and properly. The drink was too watery, and not at all sweet.
