I did a online purchase and they didn’t have one item, so when I asked about it the girl making coffee was so rude and nasty she didn’t give me a proper answer, I left the store without my complete order and I rather to avoid having a bad day with this terrible girl’s customer service you have in this store a grumpy and moody person she ignoring me and gave me attitude she has black straight hair and seems spanish ,,, hope the manager fix this, I asked her name no body told me but it was January 05 at 16:30 pm

This place is a complete and utter horror show. It serves NO PURPOSE (unless you’re in the mood to be mistreated) being located in the Westchester Mall. I have never been treated so rudely and abruptly as a customer. What a sham! They served only mobile orders even though they had five people behind the counter.
