Customer service was a 0/10. One of the baristas spelled my name incorrectly and I nicely brought it to their attention. I even laughed about it at first because it happens so often. However, the other barista turned to me and says, “Oh well at least your drink was made right.” Not once did I mention anything about the drink. Her rude remarks were highly uncalled for. Not sure what her name was but she was a heavier Caucasian girl with a bun in her hair.

The last 3 times I’ve gotten my coffee there has been whipped cream instead of cold foam. I think there’s a barista (or two) doing this because it’s easier…. You can absolutely tell the difference, you ain’t slick. I don’t really like whipped cream. It’s pretty flavorless. Plus I’m paying extra for my cold foam. Please stop this. It’s become a repeated problem. PS, Maddie is the best barista there. That girl has never messed up my coffee—ever, in all the years I’ve been coming here.

I was alone standing in front of the cashier counter , there was 4 barista behind the counter - someone was on the phone , other 2 was just chatting, I tried to get someone attention - but one girl behind the counter told me to wait - I wanted almost 10 min nobody took my order - so I just left. Disappointed
