I’m very disappointed with this location. I went to the Brandon Mall to grab a few items but forgot to bring my water. Since I occasionally visit Starbucks for drinks and food, I figured I’d stop by for a water. However, I was frustrated to learn they wouldn’t even provide a cup of water unless I made a purchase. Friendly employees and delicious coffee!
Seriously the worst service. I understand they close at 9pm but I had gone to get directions and ask them where the exit is since they are still there and the front cashier girl said WERE CLOSED PLEASE RESPECT THAT FACT THAT WE DONT HAVE WALLS. Wth??? Horrible. Seriously I understand you’re tired but geez
