Asked for light ice didn’t get light ice and the matcha isn’t even mixed well. There are chunks everywhere in the drink. I get my husband showed up before the estimated pickup time but that doesn’t mean you have to rush my drink

I don’t go to Starbucks that much. I go for my mother because she loves Starbucks and loves your place to go to, but I came in today to buy her something to drink. My husband needed the restroom. He was about to pee his pants. We asked the cashier if we can use the restroom, but he said no at first, but he said you can pay for something then I’ll use the restroom.
