The management team needs retraining on inclusion and needs to stop gossiping Aboutassociates and employees behind the counter as a manager. You should lead by example gossiping about other associates highly unprofessional, she should be retrained.
I continue to have the same experience. The management team needs additional training on professionalism especially Rachel the Store Manager, diversity, inclusion, and customer service. Whenever I visit, I often overhear the manager gossiping behind the counter about employees or customers, which creates an uncomfortable atmosphere. Only 2 baristas were working and they got my order wrong. The sticker on my cup says a mocha and I got a hot chocolate, no coffee at all. If I wanted a hot chocolate, I would have ordered one.
The manager has a really bad attitude. There was an issue with my mobile order and she did not want to help out. She kept rolling her eyes and was very dismissive.
Once again, the managers of this location have proven to me that they are racist. I left a bad review in Spanish and they deleted it. Yesterday, I went with my dog just to buy a coffee, along with my son, and only because my dog barked at someone who ran from outside. They asked me to go outside to wait for my coffee. With the heat like this, and my pug, I couldn't leave her in the car, she's dying of heat. This will be the last time I buy coffee from here.
