Only 2 baristas were working and they got my order wrong. The sticker on my cup says a mocha and I got a hot chocolate, no coffee at all. If I wanted a hot chocolate, I would have ordered one.
The manager has a really bad attitude. There was an issue with my mobile order and she did not want to help out. She kept rolling her eyes and was very dismissive.
Once again, the managers of this location have proven to me that they are racist. I left a bad review in Spanish and they deleted it. Yesterday, I went with my dog just to buy a coffee, along with my son, and only because my dog barked at someone who ran from outside. They asked me to go outside to wait for my coffee. With the heat like this, and my pug, I couldn't leave her in the car, she's dying of heat. This will be the last time I buy coffee from here. My mother came home with a serious stomach ache that had her in the bathroom for hours. She explained that she used the creamer on the counter where the sugar and garbage is for public use at the Starbucks in Macy's. When she asked the Barista to pour off some of the coffee into the sink and add more creamer from behind the corner she insisted she couldn't and told my mother to use the public creamer.
