I ordered the Carmel apple cider extra hot for my birthday during today and the person taking the order, asked me specifically if I wanted the whipped cream and Carmel drizzle and everything. I told him yes. I then had to get to work so I didn’t suspect that it was incorrect. I am at work now and cannot return and it was put in as steamed cider! On my birthday!
Bought a sandwich here that had mold on one side. Working staff at the store were understanding about the situation and gave me the manager’s email to contact for refund. It’s been two days and I haven’t received any response. It’s no surprise that this store is selling food beyond its expiration or in bad conditions as they frequently run BOGO deals to what I assume is to reduce expired or expiring inventory which is concerning…
Ordered my favorite drink and it was accidentally sent to the Madison location. The barista made my drink, super quick and one of the best iced mochas I've tasted. He definitely made my day better. Wish I'd gotten his name.
The store is an older Starbucks concept but it’s kept very clean, the people who work here are kind and attentive; and they respect that I’m a caregiver with limited break time. The prices are about 1 dollar more per item relative to other Starbucks, but the baristas are Swedish employees so they receive a living wage.
This place had fruit flies everywhere and in the drinks. The people working there are rude and do not care about your order being made timely or accurately. The floors were filthy with dust and debris. Not to mention the prices are 2-3 dollars more than the other two Starbucks that surround it. Seriously do not even bother with this place.
