Waited over 20 mins for my drink and when I finally asked for my money back the manager lied to me and said he went around to see who didn’t get there drink which he didn’t do that I was there the whole time. So asked him if I could just get my drink. Worst pistachio latte ever. 100% thumbs down.
I am visiting (if you can call it visiting) from out of state, because my sister, who lives here was in a horrible car accident, and was taken to this hospital in emergency. There were several points throughout this week where we thought she was going to take a turn for the worst, but I am happy to report now that she is doing much better, and is on the mend! I was already having a very stressful day and when my drink had an issue (I wasn’t clear on wanting it iced), the staff at this store went above and beyond to remake me a drink and make me feel totally okay with speaking up about it. Megan was particularly very friendly, professional, and seemed genuinely happy to help out. I’ll be back!
