The waitress Lola was very rude and pushed my drink to me , I have never been treated so badly in this store .
04/30/2025 Asked for a decaf coffee was denied service at 5:51pm Because she had cleaned the machine.
Sent my husband to grab me a frap and he brings me a poor excuse for a drink. In his defense, he didn't know what he was ordering or what to expect. He just ordered what I asked him to order. He ordered a venti mocha frap add pistachio syrup. He comes home with a small cup of cold brown liquid with whip cream on top. We don't live close enough to run back over. Save your money and don't go to this Starbucks. I have never been to this location before and they obviously need new management. They have several bad reviews.
