I’m actually surprised that the service has been of low quality the last 3 times I’ve ordered. I do online orders and customize my drink every time. This morning I received a partial order, then they tried to tell me I didn’t order my drink, I was asked to pull my online order up, they apologized and then presented me with someone else’s drink. Mobile order was ready when I got there!
It’s hard to give a place like Starbucks 5 stars because it’s the same atmosphere, coffee, and service that you get at any other Starbucks. But I think that just for those reasons, they deserve it. You know what you are getting, and you know what to expect. They were all friendly and helpful.
Venti hot coffee latte and as you can see is a half of the cup filled! And then they was for a tip!
