I came in during the early afternoon around 2:00pm. The barista staff were very friendly and the service was fast. Business was very slow at the time of my visit though so that definitely helped wait time. The manager however didn't seem like he wanted to be there and wasn't friendly at all. It is a bit difficult to get in coming directly off the 635 Service Rd but this isn't their fault since the city are the ones doing the construction. Worst Starbucks ever. No seating, indoor or outdoor. Not going to just stand there for half an hour sipping coffee so had to forfeit my free refill. No restrooms. Plus, road construction made it painful to get there and even more painful to leave given my next destination. They should move the store somewhere else.
