I placed an order online to pick it up, when I arrived there the doors where locked, i couldn’t go through the drive thru because my windows recently got tinted, i saw them let an employee go inside and i tried knocking on the door, i understand when there’s short staffed and etc I completely get it, but at the same time it’s not that hard to communicate, I did everything I could I called the location, I knocked on the door and waited. Since my job moved nearby, this Starbucks is now my go-to location, but the customer service from the red-haired barista has been consistently poor. I placed a mobile order that was estimated to take 3 to 6 minutes. I arrived 10 minutes later, but my drink wasn't on the pickup counter. When the red-haired employee finally asked for my name, I gave it to her, but she completely ignored me and went back to what she was doing. Friendly staff. No tables or chairs inside :( There’s definitely enough space for a couple of tables. I was hoping to come in and get a little bit of work done unfortunately there’s nowhere to sit at this location.
Nice place to grab a drink . These days the flavors they are offering. Cool
