The staff at this location are brilliant! I cannot think of another Starbucks in town, where the staff are as friendly, generous, and helpful as this location. This is a wonderful shop within walking distance of Uptown Normal and so many other attractions, community spaces, and restaurants. As always, you get the consistency of a good barista and the classic drink recipe. Coffee!☕️

I was there and accidently ordered a hot drink instead of the cold. Completely our fault and they still took care of us. No extra charge.
