Jade helped me at the register and my name is also Jade. Very sweet, all Jade's are awesome. Loved what they did for Halloween 🎃 allowed employees to dress up and wear cool makeup. So fun! Thanks starbucks. Keep doing this
Best Starbucks location in Normal! Sofia and the team always take great care of us! I order for lots of dairy-free and lactose intolerant people, and they always get our drinks made perfectly (even with a bunch of customizations). Just amazing service!
They made matcha latte without adding sugar. Very bad experience
Omgggg I love this Starbucks! The customer service is always great and my drinks are consistently made well and with love. Shoutout my fav barista Flower! Her smile is so welcoming and I know I’m going to have a good coffee day when she is there.
Overall my experience was great. Location was clean and order was accurate. I was extremely happy with the service though. Sophie took my order and was very helpful and gave me some great recommendations to try.
