Cashier Peach was so friendly, amazing, loving! Felt so welcomed. Order was perfect. Thank you 🥰🥰🥰
Pulled up 5 minutes before closing and was refused service because they said they were “closed.” I asked what time they close and was told 8:00. I pointed out it was 7:55, and the response was basically, “We still have orders we’re working on.” If you close at 8:00, then you close at 8:00—not 7:55. I get being busy, but turning customers away early and calling it “closed” is bad customer service. Either update your posted hours or honor them.
I want to say shoutout to Emily for being an amazing Barista!!! She was working by herself on Sunday and she had a line of people but was very calm and friendly while preparing drinks for clients. She had my order really quick and was super kind! I also want to say the team is super sweet and friendly!!! They hands down make the best drinks!!!! These girls need a raise!!!
