This had to been the best Starbucks I’ve been too. The atmosphere was great everybody was friendly, & BRI really did her big one with my coffee. 10/10 fr
What an incredible experience! The store was spotless, and the team was unbelievably kind. It’s rare to find a Starbucks this exceptional! The coffee was perfect, and the staff truly went above and beyond to make it special. Absolutely worth the visit!
I never had such a problem getting one small coffee! And there was only one other person there , the experienced was terrible, and had the luxury to pay 5.25 😖
I was waiting for my food and I saw a woman who I can only assume was the manager, telling a worker to clock out and go home, after the worker was trying to ask the manager a question, then another girl followed in her footsteps as if that was the last straw. I come here often and the people working there are always pleasant, it seems there is a disconnect between the manager and staff. When I tell you that This is literally THE BEST Starbucks I’ve ever been to! freaking ICONIC customer service !! All the staff were SOOOO amazing, professional, and personable. Omg I’m sorry I’m just so excited on how amazing they all were. AMANDA, BRIANNA, and JAY!!! . They were also even so kind to my daughter who’s 7. I just love great customer service from people with great personalities. It’s so refreshing!! Thank you all so much for being so AWESOME!
