NICEST starbucks baristas of all time at this location. i've lived in many places including the south. this group beats southern hospitality by a mile. Genuinely the sweetest interactions. and I go EVERY DAY!
Came in for a 16 ounce iced Americano two pumps white chocolate two pumps hazelnut half inch of cream and I received a drink that had maybe four ice cubes in it and was mostly water and cream. I was a barista for five years at multiple places, and I have never seen an Americano made with that much water and cream. After going through the drive-through and taking a sip of my drink and realizing how bad it was, I went in and I told her I felt bad complaining but I asked her to remake it and told her what was wrong with it.
