The barista that took my order was patient and kind when explaining a new product to me. Unfortunately, the Barista making my frozen beverage got tied up with a counter customer and did not have his colleague finish the drink. It was more melty than I would have preferred. To his credit he offered to remake the drink. I hate to waste so I did not take him up on his offer.
I am so sick of Starbucks high prices. A couple of the baristas were nice to show me how to make my favorite drinks at home. I am saving $300 per month because I am not buying anything from Starbucks anymore. I made a video of them teaching me how to make drinks and will post them on TikTock, Instagram, YouTube and Facebook.
I have received an order from this place that is prepared incorrectly over and over. They even left a note and a smiley face saying oh I hope it's OK... No, its not OK that you keep sending me an order I DID NOT ORDER. No its not OK that I paid a ridiculous amount of money for one coffee to be delivered and it's not what I freaking ordered. Once is no big, but twice, three times. Guess what smiley face girl, IT'S NOT OK.
