I didn't specify and they accidentally made an iced coffee instead of hot. They were very polite. Remade it in like two seconds and offered me the iced one on the house. Great customer service
I made an online order, so on my lunch break I could stop to get a coffee. However when I came in my drink was made hot and not iced. After talking to one of the baristas, she remade my order and not only did it right but upgraded my drink and threw in a cake pop for the inconvenience. Very kind staff, that works to make it right!!!
Horrible management! Daphne has a major attitude problem and is extremely rude to customers. By far some of the worst service I’ve ever received.

My favorite Starbucks location to go to! The customer service and friendliness of the baristas at this location can’t be beat! Harper is such a sweet soul & makes the best brown sugar oat milk shaken espressos!!!!
