This store has really turned around It's a pleasure 2 get my daily coffee here now. The Staff/Barissta work so hard & well together they got a good flow going now Thank God it was horrible going in there for a while. They are so welcoming & very accommodating 2 my daily whims/wants 🤣 I gotta say the new management "Ru" seems 2 be making it a pleasant plc 2 work & customer 2 visit!
The red head drive-through worker his name is Joseph was beyond rude. He charged us double the price on purpose. Gave us the wrong drink. And when I said something about it he slammed the window closed. He messed up my order and blamed it on me. I guess he can’t hear well… extremely unprofessional and rude. We’ve had another bad experience with him the other day but that’s another review…
A couple days age I went to Starbucks and got the new Berry summer lemonade sting along with a pink drink. After that I waiting very shortly for both drinks and felt so bad getting nothing for my mother. So I got her a chocolate croissant which I got for free after starting a whole new order. The barista was so nice and was very helpful. This place is amazing!
