I came into this location and I understand people don’t want to get out their car and the drive thru line is long and all the mobile orders coming in but do not ignore a customer that takes the time to actually come inside to place an order. Why should anyone have to wait for almost 10 minutes to be acknowledged and taken care of
I must admit that this is one of the best Starbucks I've ever visited and I've been to quite a lot. The staff is amazing with theirs services and the Store Manager, Mr. Rupak, is an absolute class act. Please keep up the great work guys.
I usually come to this Starbucks drive-thru once or twice a week. Today I placed my usual order, which came to $19.30, and tried to pay with a $100 bill. And 30 cents . The cashier told me she didn’t have change and asked if I had a card. When I said no, and this was true did nor bring a card . she just gave me a look and made no effort to help me find a solution.
