I visited this Starbucks for many years and always had great service. My last visit on Sunday July 13th was a disappointment. I’m not sure if management has changed. Please help me understand why would a business whose name is synonymous with coffee stop serving hot (drip) coffee 3 hours before closing time? The answer I got in the store was “the machines are sensitive so we have to shut them down to clean them”. I went to town center Starbucks and got a hot cup without any issues.
