7/26 - wife and I went in separately with a toddler in the late afternoon to get relatively basic coffees on a road trip - both were totally wrong. Mistakes happen, but based on the lack of customers, and labels, it would appear the store needs better coaching/managing.
Service is always great, great team of baristas behind the window and always do their best. However there is a little blonde lady that has a lot of attitude when I come in during my mornings. Whenever she’s at the window she’s always rude and makes me feel rushed. She’s handed me the wrong drink or entirely wrong order on multiple occasions. I can’t stand it. I don’t see her in the afternoons, so if you want some good drive thru service go in the afternoon.
