My husband and ordered our coffee through the app for pick up in the drive thru. We got there and were told your systems just went down since there was a power outage, you still had our order. We got to the window and the blonde woman was very rude. She asked for money while handing us the wrong drink. We said no, we had an online order. Kate is seriously the best at Starbucks! She always remembers my order and makes it perfectly every time. On top of that, she’s so friendly and welcoming—it really brightens my day. The whole team there is great, and the atmosphere is always positive and inviting. You can tell they care about their customers !!!
