Worst place to come, the girls never make the drinks properly and express rudeness. They like to make excuses to not make your order. The manager needs to be investigated and shut down.
Went into this location to get a matcha latte but I encountered a employee that refused to acknowledge me and instead of taking my order she ignored me completely. After a few minutes I asked if they were open but she said nothing , another 5 minutes went by and I asked again and this time I was met with the longest stare down I've ever been apart of, and after a couple of minutes of stare silence I walked out. Worst experience in my life with customer service Thanks Chloe
Every time we come to this location is a disappointment. They're always out of the everything bagel. If they do their inventory correctly they should know how much to order. Get better management and order more so there's enough. Worst location out of Starbucks.
