If I could give 0 stars I would. Prioritizing drive thru orders over mobile orders, 1 barista running both. Stood at the pick up counter for a few minutes, made eye contact with 3 employees and no one greeted me or asked my name for my mobile order. I asked for a refund, the barista said she would make my drink and 2 employees immediately greeted a customer that walked in after me.
This Starbucks is hit it or miss. Very inconsistent drinks and long unnecessary lines
