Asked for flat white, waited a long time while the person making the drinks were goofing around and looking at their phones to get hot milk with a hint of coffee. Went back to get it fixed and the cashier said it’s supposed to be like that when I get the same drink multiple times a week and this was definitely made wrong. After insisting, they added a shot of expresso which still wasn’t right. This store needs better supervision or the complaint list is gonna keep growing.
Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been too. Extremely slow every time. Takes atleast 15-20 min to get a drink no matter how busy they are. They are always out of stock of popular drinks
Ordered a tall latte. They rang up a grande first, corrected it to a tall and then served me a small.
This starbucks is awesome. The staff are great, efficient and the location is perfect.
